Client work
What we did, what changed, and what we did not touch.
Case studies are the easiest thing on a consulting website to exaggerate, so we hold ours to a standard that makes exaggeration difficult.
Our published case studies are in preparation.
We will not publish a case study before the client has approved the figures in it, and several engagements are still inside confidentiality periods. Rather than fill this page with invented results, we have left it empty until there is something real to put here.
If you are evaluating us and want evidence now, ask. We can walk you through relevant work in a call, and where the client agrees, put you in touch with them directly. That is more useful than a page of anonymous claims anyway.
Our evidence standard
What every case study here has to contain.
These four conditions are why this page fills up slowly.
A baseline measured before we started
If we cannot state what the number was before the engagement, we do not claim to have improved it.
Figures the client has verified
Every metric published here has been checked and approved by the client whose data it is.
The scope we did not cover
Case studies state what was outside the engagement, so nobody credits us with work someone else did.
Permission, in writing
Nothing is published without written approval, and anonymised work stays anonymous until that changes.
Next step
Want to see whether we have done this before?
Tell us the problem. If we have relevant work we will describe it, and where the client permits, introduce you.
